Fixed-design returns

For fixed designs, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order. This covers the fixed retail magnets, the matching Morrison magnet pair and the fixed First Light 2026 ornament.

Send an authorized return within 14 days after I provide return instructions. The object should be unused and undamaged beyond reasonable inspection, with all included components. Use the original protective packing or equally protective replacement packing. A change-of-mind return of a matching pair must include both pieces; please contact me about any damaged or incorrect piece.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound postage is not refunded for a change-of-mind return unless your applicable rights require it. Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order after available stock has been confirmed.

Personalized work and cancellation

Personalized name, photograph, handwriting and coaster designs are made to your approved composition. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after physical personalization begins, except where your applicable rights require otherwise. This does not remove remedies for damage, an incorrect item or work that differs from the agreed order.

You may cancel personalized work for a full refund before physical production starts, including after proof approval. Physical production starts with the first order-specific cutting, engraving or other irreversible physical personalization. Preparing a source image or sending a proof does not by itself count as physical production. Once that physical work begins, change-of-mind cancellation is not accepted unless applicable rights or a problem with my ability to fulfill the order requires another remedy.

For fixed designs, cancellation received before actual carrier handoff receives a full refund. Creating a shipping label is not carrier handoff. Contact me promptly so I can check the actual stage.

Your included proof and one minor adjustment remain as stated in the listing. Corrections to my own errors do not use that adjustment. For a photo or handwriting source that is unsuitable, one suitable replacement before the first proof has no extra preparation charge. I will not add a proof, cancellation, restoration or redesign fee automatically after purchase.

Damage, seller error and dispatch problems

If an object is damaged, incorrect or different from the agreed order, contact me promptly with the order number and a description. If safe, include private photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packing while we agree the remedy; do not handle broken pieces or send them back without instructions. No short reporting period in this policy takes away your applicable rights.

For a verified seller error or other nonconforming order, I will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return postage where a return is required. A favorable review is never a condition of a remedy.

If I cannot fulfill your order as agreed, I will contact you about a revised dispatch date or cancellation and refund. A revised date requires written agreement; I will not silently extend the promise. If I cancel an unshipped order, I will refund the order and any charged postage through the original payment route. Written proof approval does not restart the agreed order timing.

Return instructions organize the safe routing of the item and do not restrict
any mandatory right to return or withdraw from an order.

For an accepted return, I will issue the approved refund to the original payment route within five business days after receiving the return, including time for inspection within that window. I will confirm the refund action. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears; store credit is not substituted without your agreement.
